Return, Refund and Redeem Policy

General Terms

  • ASKPERT (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the mobile application (the “Mobile App”).
  • ASKPERT Coins (the “Coins”) is the virtual currency used on the Mobile App.
  • Gifts (the “Gifts”) are in-app redeemable items, both physical or virtual, that ASKPERT delivers through use of the Mobile App in exchange for Coins.
  • Ads Boosting (the “Services”) are in-app services that ASKPERT delivers through use of the Mobile App in exchange for Coins.

 

Application for the Return of an Item
Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances:
• The Item has not been received by Buyer;
• The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
• ASKPERT has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer;
• The Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Seller in the listing of the Item; or

Buyer’s application must be submitted via email [email protected].

ASKPERT will review each Buyer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether Buyer’s application is successful.

Condition of Returning Item
To enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the Item, Buyer should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the Item, must be returned to ASKPERT in the condition received by Buyer on delivery. We will recommend Buyer to take a photo of the Item upon receipt.

Liability of Product Return Shipping Fee
i) In the scenario of an unforeseen error from the our end (i.e – damaged, faulty or wrong product delivered to the buyer), ASKPERT will bear buyer’s return shipping fee.
ii) In the scenario of the buyer’s change of mind, buyer shall get ASKPERT’s consent prior to the return request and buyer will bear the return shipping fee.
iii) In the scenario where both seller-buyer disputing the party liable for the return shipping fee, ASKPERT at its sole discretion will determine the party liable for the return shipping fee.

Refunds
Buyer will only be refunded after ASKPERT has received the returned Item. The refund will be made to Buyer’s credit/debit card or designated bank account, whichever is applicable.

 

For Users

  • The act of exchanging Coins into Gifts through use of the Mobile App will be referred to as an In-app Redemption within this policy.
  • Once you have submitted a redemption request, you cannot revoke, cancel, return or exchange it.
  • This refund policy is valid when the gifts that users redeemed are, but not limited to, out of stock due to first come first served basis; and users do not meet the requirement to redeem such gifts.
  • ASKPERT will however, offer a ASKPERT Coins refund for In-app Redemption within seven working days of redemption, so long as the Gifts have not been shipped from ASKPERT warehouse. If any of the Gifts contain faults upon being given access to them you should inform ASKPERT Any refund request past the twenty-four hour mark will be reviewed at ASKPERT’ sole discretion.
  • There will be no return and refund of a delivered gift, including but not limited to, on the way sending to your delivery address; unused or dissatisfaction with such gift after receiving it. This is because the Gifts literally act as exclusive rewards for users to enjoy and have fun using our Mobile App. You redeemed such gift indicates that you have read and acknowledged with the terms and conditions before redeem it.

 

For Brands

  • In order to purchase ASKPERT Coins, you must be registered to and logged into the Mobile App, using a merchant account (“Merchant Account”).
  • The act of exchanging Coins into Services through use of the Mobile App will be referred to as an In-app Purchase within this policy.
  • This refund policy only covers faults that impair the usage of ASKPERT since ASKPERT Coins are intangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after they are purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing coins on the Mobile App.
  • Only if any of the Services contain faults upon being given access to them you should inform ASKPERT ASKPERT offers a refund for In-app Purchase within seven working days of purchases. You will get a refund in ASKPERT Coins only. Any refund request past the twenty-four hour mark will be reviewed at ASKPERT’ sole discretion.
  • Refunds are designed to remove the risk from purchasing faulty Services — not as a way to obtain them for free. If it appears to us that you are abusing refunds, we may stop offering them to you.
  • Accidental purchases of ASKPERT Coins that occur as a result of a technical fault in the payment gateway you have used must be disputed with the respective payment gateway platform.
    ASKPERT is not responsible for any technical faults, malfunctions or issues arising at payment gateway. ASKPERT is not in charge of handling any credit/debit and bank data used to obtain ASKPERT Coins.
  • ASKPERT reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Merchant account when any refund is issued under any circumstance.
